Did you know about the law of attraction?
Did you apply it to manifest your dream into reality?
Did it not work for you?
If so, this post is for you.
The awareness about the law of attraction is growing.
There are informative books and videos available on the subject.
It has helped people to create dreams in their minds, visualize them, allowing the universe to transform them into reality.
However, at some point, quite a few of them give up applying the law of attraction.
They begin to attribute their past achievements to a result of their actions, forgetting their successful application of the law of attraction.
Why does it happen?
According to the law of attraction, if you have been keeping something in mind, you have it in physical reality now.
So whatever you have in your mind now, is going to be your future reality.
There are things in the mind that we create through our conscious thinking aimed at our daily needs and aspirations.
However, these are superimposed over an already existing ocean of beliefs and superstitions, emotions, feelings, and programmed reactions.
This ocean is barely visible, yet always active and has a profound influence on life and the results you produce in life.
To get a glimpse of this ocean, sit in silence for ten minutes with eyes closed.
Focus on your thoughts, emotions, breath, and sensations in the body.
They seem uncontrolled, yet familiar.
As you sit longer, they grow randomly.
This unconscious pattern exists beneath the conscious thinking and contributes much more to what gets manifested in life.
The unconscious can aid or counter the conscious effort depending on what is stored there.
That’s the reason why the law of attraction does not seem to work in many situations.
But giving up must not be an option. Here is why.
The failure to manifest a conscious desire opens opportunities to explore the unconscious and weed out some troubling memories.
These memories may also be affecting you in many other ways.
All that is needed is to heal those memories alongside conscious thinking, visualization, etc.
Getting to the troubling memories and their healing are specialized jobs.
However, you can try this.
Think of something you want to realize.
Practice applying the law of attraction as you have been doing in the past, believing that you already have it in physical reality.
Then, start looking at all aspects of future life.
How will your life be like when you have manifested the desired object or relationship?
What are you going to do with it?
How will the other people in your life be?
Will you be able to handle that kind of life or some aspects of it?
Think of all possible situations that might arise in the future.
Keep watching your emotions, feelings, and sensations in your body.
This will bring you face to face with any resistance you may be having to some aspects of the life you have set out to manifest.
You will find yourself conflicting with your opinions, habits, values, concerns, and abilities and feel the pain of parting with them.
Note down all the conflicts, fears, and concerns that come to your mind.
The next step is to let go of all these disempowering aspects.
It requires a good amount of thinking, analyzing, planning, writing, and visualizing.
For example, if it is a certain fear, dive deeper.
What is the fear?
Why is it there?
Since when has it been there?
If there is no workaround to bypass that fear, how can it be eliminated?
This is tough but very much required.
All conflicting thoughts are hard to eliminate, yet they need to be eliminated, both at the conscious and subconscious levels.
Deep, prolonged, and frequent visualization helps to subdue the negative thoughts and feelings to some extent.
Once you can visualize a smooth future life, the manifestation is certainly going to happen.
