Pankaj Gupta is a life coach who works one-on-one with professionals, business owners and leaders - and with anyone trying to get free of something that keeps coming back. Around 3,500 hours of those conversations so far.
A graduate of the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), he spent more than three decades in leadership roles across manufacturing, quality, business systems, and organisational transformation, leading initiatives in quality management, Six Sigma, SAP implementation, and manufacturing excellence across India and Asia. It means the pressure, the politics and the impossible decisions his clients describe are familiar ground rather than theory.
Throughout that career, a quieter question followed him: why do people remain trapped in patterns that no longer serve them? It led him beyond systems and processes into the study of conditioning, leadership, and consciousness. He completed advanced programs with Landmark Worldwide, where he served as a coach and then Head Coach in the Introduction Leaders Program, and immersed himself in meditation, Buddhist enquiry, Ho’oponopono healing, and Past Life Regression.
The coaching itself is ordinary and practical: an hour a week on whatever is actually happening in your work and your life - a person you cannot get past, a decision you keep re-opening, stress that will not switch off, a version of yourself you would rather stop being. His approach combines the clarity of an engineer, the curiosity of an explorer, and the compassion of a fellow traveller.
He is also the author of The Impossible Loop Series, written from the same question that runs through the coaching: how do human beings create the realities in which they live, and how do they become free of the patterns they unconsciously repeat? Clients are welcome to read the books, and equally welcome not to.
