These terms govern your use of pankajlifecoach.com and any purchase made on it. This site is operated by NCMborz (GSTIN 06ARBPG6179J1ZM), registered at B-51, Apex Green, Sector-08, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. Contact: admin@pankajlifecoach.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we offer: the ebook Breaking the Impossible Loop (a digital product, provided as PDF and EPUB) and one-on-one coaching services (the Clarity Session, monthly coaching, and the 90-day programme). Descriptions and prices are shown on the site.

Pricing and tax: all prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued for every paid order.

Payment: payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details. An order is confirmed once payment is captured.

Delivery: digital products are delivered immediately after payment by a secure download link (valid for 72 hours and re-requestable) and by email. Coaching is delivered as scheduled sessions; after payment you receive an onboarding email, and Pankaj confirms your first session time, ordinarily within 24 hours, by WhatsApp or email.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In brief: a 7-day refund on the ebook, and flexible rescheduling with defined refunds for coaching, as set out there.

Intellectual property: the book and all content on this site are the property of the author and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission. Digital purchases are licensed for your personal use only.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.

Nature of the service: the book and coaching are offered for personal growth and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
