Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle your personal information on pankajlifecoach.com. This site is operated by NCMborz (GSTIN 06ARBPG6179J1ZM), registered at B-51, Apex Green, Sector-08, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. Contact: admin@pankajlifecoach.com.

What we collect: your name, email, phone, state, and GSTIN (if you choose to provide it) when you enquire or purchase; the details needed to raise a GST invoice; the email address you give us to receive Chapter 1 or the reader companion; and basic technical logs, including your IP address, browser user agent and the cookie identifiers described under Cookies and Advertising below. Payment information (card, UPI, or bank details) is collected and processed by Razorpay, not by us.

Unfinished checkouts: if you enter your details on the checkout page but do not complete the purchase, we keep what you entered (name, email, phone, and state) so that we can send you a single reminder with a link back to your order, and so that we can help if something went wrong with the payment. We delete these records after 90 days. You can opt out of the reminder using the unsubscribe link in it, or by emailing admin@pankajlifecoach.com.

Why we use it: to fulfil and deliver your order, issue GST invoices, respond to your enquiries, arrange coaching sessions, and send the emails related to your purchase or the materials you requested.

Who we share it with: Razorpay (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email and contact management), Cloudflare R2 (secure storage of your downloads and invoices), our own mail server, and the analytics and advertising providers described below (Google and Meta). Each processes your data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing email: if you opt in, for example by requesting Chapter 1 or the reader companion, we send related emails. We also send one reminder if you start a checkout and do not finish it. You can unsubscribe from either at any time, using the link in the email.

Cookies and analytics: besides the cookies needed to make the site work, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. It sets cookies (for example _ga) and records the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser type, and how you arrived here.

Advertising: we advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and the Meta Pixel runs on this site. It sets cookies (for example _fbp and _fbc) that let Meta recognise a visit that came from one of our ads and measure whether it led to a purchase. When you complete a purchase, we also send Meta a server-side record of that order. That record identifies you by your email address, phone number and name in hashed (irreversible) form, never in plain text, together with your IP address, browser user agent and the Meta cookie values, so that the sale can be matched to the ad that produced it. We store those same details on your order record for the same purpose.

Opting out of analytics and advertising: you can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a tracker-blocking extension, which stops the analytics and pixel scripts from running. Please note that this does not stop the server-side purchase record described above, because that is sent from our server using the details you enter at checkout. To object to that record or have it deleted, email admin@pankajlifecoach.com. You can also control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings and your Google account settings.

Retention: we keep order and invoice records for as long as required by law, including GST record-keeping obligations; unfinished checkout details for 90 days; the advertising identifiers stored on an order for as long as we keep that order; and other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@pankajlifecoach.com, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
