Why we use it: to fulfil and deliver your order, issue GST invoices, respond to your enquiries, arrange coaching sessions, and send the emails related to your purchase or the materials you requested.

Who we share it with: Razorpay (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email and contact management), Cloudflare R2 (secure storage of your downloads and invoices), and our own mail server. Each processes your data only to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing email: if you opt in, for example by requesting Chapter 1 or the reader companion, we send related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies: the site uses only the minimum cookies required to function. We do not run advertising trackers.

Retention: we keep order and invoice records for as long as required by law, including GST record-keeping obligations, and other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.
